Colds

Kiddos get an average of 10 colds per year- that's nearly one per month! There are no cures for colds, but we try to make them as comfy as possible by treating their symptoms. Such as, lots of water, rest, nasal saline spray and more.

Pink eye (conjunctivitis)

Not all eye irritation or infections should be treated equally. Did you know that parents often think their kids have a bacterial version of an eye infection, "pink eye?" But, often infections are viral and don't need medication/eye drops.

Flu

Flus are the worst! There's nothing worse than the chills, fever, headache, and body aches.. A tummy bug doesn't mean that your child has "the flu."

Allergies & Asthma

Hachoo! Asthma and alleriges often go hand-in-hand. And, wow, those Junipers in Bend really do it sometimes.

COVID-19

And so it continues. We all remember far too well the ever-changing information. Luckily, the experts have their advice and recommendations a bit more dialed in now.

Ear infections

Not all ear infections require antibiotics, but when they do, it's essential your child completes all the days of medication.

Head injuries/concussions

Head injuries can be mild to life-threatening. When in doubt, please seek immediate medical advice. Your gut is likely right.

Nose bleeds
